One year ago, we initiated a “soft launch” of our Leadership Rigor Virtual Academy with our first client partner. Our approach was to PILOT—LEARN—PIVOT together as we created 4-Cross Functional Teams across their organizational community. We trained 8 emerging leaders as Rigornauts, serving as internal coaches/facilitators for their monthly Social Engagement sessions with their teams where they shared and discussed learning insights based on their unique organizational dynamics.
The Results in a word—AMAZING! Each month SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT averaged 90% attendance. Each month the achievement level for PERSONALIZED content completion averaged 96%. And, at the end of the first year of their 3-year program, 99% of their organization received Certification for Part 1 of the Program—Leading Yourself!

At the Hampshire Companies, we’ve strived to weave a consistent leadership practice into our culture for many years. Erica Peitler’s leadership models, tailored workshops and senior member coaching has been an instrumental part of this foundation. Since launching the Leadership Rigor Virtual Academy one year ago, it has significantly escalated employee learning and engagement around these concepts. The bite sized, easily digestible videos make the content easy to learn, absorb and retain. The tailored group sessions support employees to share in a community safe space; and certain employees aspiring to be future leaders to expand their leadership chops. Coupled with the private social media communication site they have all been very effective engagement techniques. As a Senior member of the Firm, I had high hopes that the LRVA would advance the practice and it did not disappoint, exceeding expectations. I’ve personally observed the cross-functional collaboration get so much stronger on a day to day basis. Another pleasantly surprising result has been the depth of impromptu conversations around the content and discussing effective ways to put these learned concepts on the ground. The work we do with our client-partners is BEYOND Coaching and BEYOND Consulting! We are Change-Partners who have a “trusted advisor” seat at the table in co-creating their Customized Leadership Learning Journeys.
It all starts with understanding their unique CONTEXT and lifecycle dynamics. From there we navigate together an Organizational Experience that is immersive and breakthrough in building leadership bench strength, transforming cultural readiness for change and accelerating a company’s GROWTH Trajectory both IN and ON the BUSINESS!
