Rigor It!, December 13, 2014
By EJ Balady
“Leadership Rigor!” will change your life, personally and professionally. When I embarked upon the journey, and “Rigor” is a journey, I was immediately challenged by what I was learning. I followed the practical steps detailed in the book, memorized the models and utilized the many tools Erica provides in my business and in every aspect of my life. The difference in my approach and the difference in the results has been remarkable. This book is one that I know I will return to over and over again to guide me in my leadership practice. Anyone who is serious about becoming a better leader will find reading “Leadership Rigor!” to be an incredible boost to their performance and their productivity.

This book is a practical “on the ground” leadership manual that will force you to take a long hard look at YOU. Only after you engage in the RIGOR of learning yourself can you effectively lead others at the highest level. This book includes several common sense (but not common practice) structures that will enable you to see the unseen in your leadership potential. It is required reading for the growing business leader who is willing to put the work in to unlock your full leadership potential. Be prepared to be challenged, poked, pushed, stretched and ultimately transformed !!!

By Juracy S. Johnson (Baja California)
This is no superficial stuff. It was a bit “heavy” for me. I really had to concentrate to understand what it means, but I am not in the Corporative World.
I think this is a good book to read if you really want to train to be a Leader.

The most important leadership book I own, December 10, 2014
By Jody Myers
Leadership Rigor, and in fact all of Erica Peitler’s books, occupies the most important spot on my bookshelf, in my organization, and in strategic planning for all of my clients. The field of leadership development is a crowded one, but congratulations, you can stop looking now. Just buy this book. It draws you in, makes you better. I dare you not to feel inspired and changed–professionally and personally–as soon as you start turning the pages.

By Paul J Lomelo Jr
I have read many management leadership books and have used many approaches. Leadership Rigor ties everything together from leading yourself, to leading your team, to leading your organization. It covers everything in one package. I would encourage anyone, at any point in their career, who wants to be a better version of themselves to read and used it.

A fantastic resource, reference and road map for anyone that … 12 December 2014
By Ruth LITTLER
A fantastic resource, reference and road map for anyone that wants to lead themselves, teams and organisations. The differences from other leadership books are: the instructions here are meticulous and vulnerability is viewed as a leadership skill. In addition the author expects great leaders to be conscious of their emotions and to know what, how and why they are doing things at all times.
