Speaking Engagements

Erica’s Approach

Erica Peitler approaches a speaking engagement opportunity through the lens of “creating a connective spark” to ignite action. Every member of your audience is looking for and motivated by their own personal intrinsic desires. By creating the extrinsic energy dynamic in the room along with the targeted content that matches their needs, Erica can create an impactful and insightful learning experience that inspires your audience into action — moving them toward the change and growth you are trying to create.

Our Partnership Process

With her engaging and entertaining style as well as an extensive background in Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Leadership, Erica can bring an exciting dynamic to your business forum, national meeting or keynote address.

Your engagement will begin with a discovery session to explore your needs, expectations and desired outcomes. Erica will then customize the content and approach to deliver the experience you are looking for energetically, emotionally and intellectually.

If the forum and room dynamics allow, Erica will create opportunities for interactive audience involvement, dynamic movement around the room and real time questions and answers. If a virtual forum is preferred, Erica will use techniques and best practices to create interaction in this venue as well.

Unique Design + Engagement Opportunities

On request, Erica can also design smaller interactive breakout sessions to be a part of the Speaking event. This can deepen the learning experience with the material as well as provide opportunity for relationship building and community networking with your audience.

Erica’s books can be purchased at a group discount and signing events can also be included in the Speaking Engagement.

The following provides a sample list of Leadership Topics from Erica Peitler. Customized topics and combinations can also be accommodated on request.
